Weed through the spam

How I separate friends from foes quickly and easily . . .

Without Mailwasher Pro, I wouldn't be alive to write more books because I'd be buried in spam. I have come to completely trust its "blacklisting" feature.

Here's how I use it:

  1. I get a preview of each email - 1st 20 lines in text mode. Attachments are noted, but not displayed.
  2. I choose Good for the good guys and Spam for the bad guys.
    • Next time, my buddies are on the top and you know who goes to the bottom of the list.
  3. Click Process Mail—Mailwasher busies itself scrubbing my server.
  4. Open Ms Outlook and click Send/Receive and only the favored find their way onto my computer.

As my new emails arrive, I just click to add add the new ones to the blacklist (however do they find us?) and then click Process Mail and repeat step 4. Love it!
